23rd District Court

Drivers receiving traffic or parking tickets can now pay fines online or by phone without visiting Taylor’s 23rd District Court. The fully automated systems allow payments 24/7.

Paying Citations

To access the service and pay citations, drivers may call Official Payments at 877-286-6070 from any touch-tone telephone or pay online on the Official Payments website.

You will be asked to enter a citation number, date of birth, a daytime phone number and a credit card number. You will be informed of a convenience fee that will be charged to cover all costs of the service, including the credit card and banking fees. The court does not incur any costs for the use of this service. The amount of the convenience fee depends on the amount of the fine being paid.

All traffic citations issued by the Taylor Police Department may be paid online  on the CLEMIS website. You will be assessed a $5.50 enhanced processing fee for payments up to $200.
